Project Guardian Angel is a collaborative initiative between Bishop Dunne Catholic School and Prince of Peace, aimed at fostering a supportive community for students. Through this partnership, POP parishioners are encouraged to donate their time, talent, and treasure, serving as mentors, prayer partners, and financial supporters for the students. This project seeks to enhance the educational experience and spiritual growth of Bishop Dunne students while strengthening the ties within our parish community. Together, we can empower these young individuals to thrive in their academic and faith journeys.

How can you support these students with your time and talent?

  1. St. Monica Prayer Partners – Monthly prayer partners who commit to regularly praying for the students, following the example of St. Monica’s perseverance in prayer.

  2. St. Joseph Mentors – Parishioners who visit with students in person or virtually twice a month, offering guidance and support, inspired by St. Joseph's role as a mentor and protector.

  3. St. Thomas Aquinas Guides – Parishioners who provide internships and structured, one-on-one mentorship, helping students grow in knowledge and leadership, like St. Thomas Aquinas, the patron saint of students.

How can you support these students with your treasure?

  1. Archangel Sponsor – $5,400 (Full scholarship, covers an entire year of tuition)

  2. Seraphim Supporter – $2,700 (Half scholarship, helping cover significant tuition costs)
