The Liturgy of the Hours is the public and communal prayer of the Catholic Church. This prayer traces its beginnings to the earliest days of the Church when Christians "devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of the bread and to the prayers (Acts 2:42)."
Every time we gather to pray the Liturgy of the Hours, we offer the divine praises contained in the Psalms, proclaim the word of God in Sacred Scripture, and pray for the salvation of the world. It is the prayer in which "all Christian prayer finds its source and goal (CCC, 1073)."
Come join us every morning at 8:40 am and every evening from 5:15pm, inside the church before mass to pray the liturgy of the hour. Monday to Saturday. Please sign up if you would like to lead the prayer and read the scripture reading. The starting date of the liturgy of the hour is 10/01/2021
