MEET DAISY
Hey all, my name is Daisy Ward!
Being Cradle Catholic and moving here from East Texas, I joined Prince of Peace when my oldest did his first communion back in 2011.
Seventeen years ago, I embarked on a beautiful journey of love and commitment. My marriage has been a source of strength, and together, my husband and I have been blessed with three children.
By day, I step into the role of a medical assistant at a cozy Internal Medicine Office in Dallas. In this small but impactful space, I wear many hats – sometimes nurse, sometimes organizer, always a listener. But it’s when I care for our elderly patients that my heart truly sings. Their stories, their resilience – it’s a privilege to be part of their healing journey.
In my spare time I enjoy volunteering at my kid’s schools and I am a part of the PTA. I also enjoy putting together puzzles.
When the opportunity arose to serve as a nursery coordinator at POP, I knew it was more than a role – it was a calling. As a single mom to my first born, I understand the challenges of attending church functions without childcare. Bring your little ones to the nursery, let them play, learn and grow while you immerse yourself in the rich ministries our church offers. Our children are the future and truly God’s masterpiece!
