MEET HELEN
I was born and raised in Sweden and moved to Texas 25 years ago. My wonderful husband is an Englishman who also came here 25 years ago to attend Texas A&M. We are blessed to have three lovely children – two college age daughters, one at the University of Arkansas and one at Texas State, and a son working as a line-man for Oncor. We also have Olive, the dog!
I have been with Prince of Peace since January 2002. Seventeen years later I am still here because of the strong fellowship of the community, our incredible volunteers who are so generous with their time, and the amazing friends and co-workers that I am fortunate to have here at Prince of Peace.
