Calling all Ministry Leaders!
We are asking all parish ministries to send two (2) delegates to our annual Ministry Leader Orientation event! Join us for 3 hours on Saturday, September 9, where we will share with you the latest information about marketing, communications, creating registrations and collecting funds, booking facilities, safe environment updates, and more! In addition, you’ll get a chance to meet with your staff liaison and network with other parish leaders.

Who is this For?
We are asking all Parish ministries to send two (2) delegates to the orientation on Saturday, September 9.
Is registration required?
By registering you help us ensure we have the correct t-shirt sizes, enough printed material available and that we can provide enough food and drink for all guests. Additionally, for new ministries, registration ensures that we have a Flocknote profile and custom Microsoft email for your ministry available.
Is there a Virtual Option?
No. There will not be a virtual option for this event.
Can my ministry send more than 2 delegates?
Yes. If you have additional team members who you think would benefit from our orientation event, please bring them with you.
I already know most of this stuff, should I still come?
Yes! Even if you’ve memorized our Ministry Leader Handbook, we think it’s important to give you an opportunity to get face time with our staff, meet other ministry leaders, and offer your insights on ways Prince of Peace can better support our ministry leaders.
What is the cost to attend?
There is no cost to attend.
Is childcare provided?
Childcare will be available for ministry leaders who pre-register at least 10 days ahead of the event (by September 2nd).
