MEET Valeria
Valeria Alvis is a mother of two and a wife. She is a lawyer, mediator, consumer relations conciliator, professional neurocoach and life coach. She is a member of IDPAZ, the International Society of Female Professionals and the IAC International Coaching Association. She works at YMSL and in various community service activities. She has worked in the Argentine Judiciary, in the Federal Administrative Litigation Court and in the Administrative and Tax Litigation Court of the City of Buenos Aires. She studied Conflict Transformation Techniques at Florida International University and was certified as a mediator under the County Court Mediation Training Program at Nova University, Florida - USA. She took various continuing education courses in multiple mediation models, methodologies to lead dialogue spaces, specializing in Community mediation at the Siglo XXI University in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She conducted Mediation Clinics at the Department of Free Legal Assistance of the Palace of Justice of the Nation and UBA, becoming certified as a Mediator and then as a Conciliator under the COPREC, Prior Conciliation in Consumer Relations. Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Nation and Ministry of Economy and Public Finance. She worked as a Mediator and Conciliator privately. She was certified by the NCI Neuroscience and Coaching Institute as a professional Neurocoach and Life Coach. As a Masteries Practitioner at the IAC where she currently works as a volunteer and is a member of the International Association of Coaching. She loves spending time with her family, watching the snow fall, traveling and chocolate!
