Welcome to Worship Live!
For those still physically separated from our community during this time, Worship Live is a way to enter more fully into the Liturgy while away from the sanctuary. We hope that it will be a fruitful and prayerful resource for you until we can all worship together again at the banquet table of the Lamb. Our Worship Live is broken into 3 sections:
Prepare
Participate
Go Forth
Prepare for the Mass by listening to our featured playlist. For young children visit our Children’s Corner section for free downloads of worksheets they can draw on to help them engage with the Mass.
Participate in the Mass by joining our Parish in worship by watching our live stream. During the prayers of the faithful, please submit your prayer requests so that we can join you in prayer.
Practice your faith! Jesus calls us to go forth and spread the good news. View our bulletin and events calendar to see what opportunities are available to engage more in your faith walk.

PRAYERS OF THE FAITHFUL
If you'd like, you can post your prayer below and we will pray over your intentions over the next week.
GIVING
Closing our doors on Sundays results in a significant financial loss to our Parish.
Did you know that we have THREE different online giving options for those of you who would like to tithe? You can set up a recurring weekly or monthly donation to our parish online! It's easy to set it up once and not think about it again! Our Parish App makes giving easy! Search “POP PLANO” in your respective App Store to download! You are also able to Venmo “@POP-Church” but please note these contributions will not be included in your annual giving reports!
SPIRITUAL COMMUNION
St. Thomas Aquinas defined Spiritual Communion as "an ardent desire to receive Jesus in the Holy Sacrament and a loving embrace as though we had already received Him" during times when we cannot receive the actual Eucharist. Making an act of Spiritual Communion is a common practice for those separated from the actual Eucharist for any reason and is an excellent practice for us during the current pandemic. As with any prayer, focus on saying the prayer intentionally and devoutly.
Prayer:
My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love you above all things and I desire to receive you in my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive you sacramentally,
Come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace you as if you were already there
And unite myself wholly to you.
Never permit me to be separated from you.
AMEN.
