Dear Parishioners,
After careful deliberation and prayerful consideration, we are moving the date for our Mass of Dedication of the church from February 11 to mid to late March or early April. I’m awaiting scheduling with the bishop to get the exact date.
As we draw closer to the February date, it has become apparent that for us to make that date we’d be cutting corners on the quality of our final creation. As your pastor, I’m not willing to do that as we deserve the best worship space that we can construct.
This postponement will allow the contractor, subcontractors, and artisans to complete their tasks in a safe and thorough manner handing over to us an amazing and astounding place of worship.
This is our third, and final, Dedication date to set. As they say, “third time is a charm!”
As always, thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Believe me, it will be worth the wait!
