What a blessed and joy-filled Friday night at Prince of Peace Catholic Parish!
On Friday night, our community came together for a beautiful evening of reflection, fellowship, and delicious food. Dozens of parishioners gathered in the Welcome Center with Deacon John for Stations of the Cross following a packed 5:30 PM Mass. It was truly heartwarming to see so many faces joining in prayer and meditation as we journeyed through the Stations.
School President Visits Classes with Relic of the True Cross
What an amazing and memorable moment! This week our Prince of Peace Catholic School President, Mr. Weber, visited classes with our newly acquired relic from the true cross of Jesus! This precious relic will be installed in our Church crucifix. What a special gift to share such a rich piece of history with our students!

Knights Host Free Throw Contest
Winners of Veteran's Day Poster Announced
Mr. Ed Kelly, Pursor of the Knights of Columbus - Dallas Diocese, visited our school, Prince of Peace Catholic School, to announce the winners of the annual Veterans Day poster contest, sponsored by the Knights of Columbus Assembly #3642. Contest winners in grades 5-8 created beautiful designs to convey their appreciation for veteransβ sacrifices, which Mrs. Good then hung through the hallways to welcome heroes in attendance for our Veterans Day Program and weekend Mass celebrations.

Michael Forge presided over the baptism of five precious children this morning. Surrounded by their families, friends, and the loving embrace of members of our congregation, these young souls embarked on a sacred journey of faith, marked by the waters of baptism and the promises of God's boundless love.
