Moving ahead of Schedule
As you know and can see, our Building Project has shifted into high gear and is progressing very nicely! In fact, we are taking advantage of an opportunity to accelerate the timeline for the School Administration Office demolition and construction (Phase 2), with preparation having begun February 17th.
Celebrating "Two"sday
It was a day to remember on 2/22/22 at Prince of Peace Catholic School. Students and faculty celebrated “Two”sday in their tutus, tie-dye, and ties at school to commemorate the once-in-a-lifetime date, in addition to “two”-themed math assignments for 22 minutes of class time and more. Everyone had “two” much fun in the theme!

POP Students Celebrate Vocations at School Mass
Today, we're celebrating our vocations as part of Catholic Schools Week! 🍎🙏
Both morning Mass with our student body and the passing of the Vocational Chalice embody POP's mission of instilling strong Catholic values and fostering a life of faith and servant leadership – which is particularly poignant today, as we focus on discerning God's calling for our lives.
By focusing on faith, knowledge, and service, Catholic schools have the unique ability to prepare students to use their God-given talents to the fullest later in life. We hope that Mrs. Bonesio's fourth grade students in particular will explore how they may best serve God, as they will pray as a class over the Vocational Chalice for the next week. ⭐️

St. Vincent de Paul Donations Fill Another Truck!
This past Sunday, members of our St. Vincent de Paul ministry brought a large donation truck to our parking lot. Together they sorted and loaded donations from parishioners as folks drove up in their cars to drop off gently used items. The volunteer crew was out from 9A-2P and, once again, they filled an ENTIRE TRUCK!
We feel so blessed to have such generous parishioners among us. Thank you for your generosity! Your donations will be sent to the nearest St Vincent de Paul location and made available to those most in need in our community.
Thank you!
