This afternoon we said “congrats!” And “goodbye” to our Cristo Rey student intern, Karla.
This school year, Karla has joined us at the office every Thursday as part of her school day to work for our parish. She helped us with so many tasks: from updating our website to distributing bulletins and sorting the food pantry, and more! We’ve been so blessed by Karla. At 2P today, the staff gathered in the Pastoral Center to eat some cake and pray for Karla as she embarks on her next journey: Nursing school!
Thank you, Karla, for all the joy and love you’ve brought to this office and community. We are gonna miss you so much!! remember to come back and visit often!
